Attendees Drive the Conversation at Monthly “Let’s Talk Real Estate” Sessions

Wondering what we talk about at our “Let’s Talk Real Estate” discussions? It all depends on you, the attendee.  At Tuesday’s session, those on hand were interested in topics like buying vs. renting, the inventory of large apartments in Brooklyn Heights, the Watchtower properties and their potential impact on the market, buying in landmark buildings vs. new developments, and the price spread  between Manhattan and Brooklyn. In prior sessions, attendees wanted to learn about recent property sales in Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill, how landmarking affects property values, and what to look for in buying a townhouse.

So no matter what you’d like to discuss about brownstone Brooklyn real estate, stop by our next complimentary “Let’s Talk Real Estate” session on October 19. This time we’re holding an evening session at the Brooklyn Wine Exchange—so you’ll be able to talk real estate over wine and cheese instead of coffee and bagels. We look forward to meeting you.
