We represented the buyer in this transaction. (Yes, we love working with buyers also!)
This off-market deal closed last week. It was a fantastic opportunity for our buyer client to acquire a rehabilitation project on one of the best blocks in Clinton Hill. For the past six months we had been diligently working with this buyer client. They were a great couple to work with because they were involved, passionate about real estate, and educated about the property type that they were looking for.

We will do a number of things to assist in the buying process, we’ll help you to:
