We represented the buyer in this transaction. (Yes, we love working with buyers also!)
This off-market deal closed last week. It was a fantastic opportunity for our buyer client to acquire a rehabilitation project on one of the best blocks in Clinton Hill. For the past six months we had been diligently working with this buyer client. They were a great couple to work with because they were involved, passionate about real estate, and educated about the property type that they were looking for.
We will do a number of things to assist in the buying process, we’ll help you to:
1. Locate suitable properties.
2. Accompany you to preview properties.
3. Give you sound advice when it comes to working with your budget
4. Present offers to the seller’s agent or directly to the owner.
5. Suggest necessary inspections by experts.
6. Explaining legal documents needed for closing and helping the buyer to secure them.
…and a myriad of other services!

We have a vision; we want to turn your dreams of owning your very own custom home, into a reality. A place where you can hang your hat, watch your children grow and read over the Sunday paper while enjoying a cup of tea. Brooklyn is one of the best places to grow up or grow old in. Here at Brennan Realty Services we pride ourselves on being experts in many Brooklyn neighborhoods including Cobble Hill.
At Brennan Realty we not only assist in the buying and selling of homes, but we also market our own affiliated developments. Our next project is the development of a vacant parcel of land. It is undoubtedly the last, best parcel of vacant land in Cobble Hill located at the corner of Strong Place and Kane Street. Our customers are the first to know about this acquisition and we’re excited to propose the idea of three customizable townhomes.
Click on the photo below and take a look at the aerial view of the parcel (the outline is an approximation).
Click below to see a preliminary site plan, which shows the corner townhouse with its own carriage house. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress. The design has not been fully vetted and it will of course need approval from all governing entities, such as LPC, Community Board and the community.
If you would like to learn more about this project please feel free to contact either:
