Digital Marketing/PR Manager (Part-time)
This part-time position (approx. 3 days/week) is responsible for promoting the company, its brand, and its principal, primarily through digital media.Â Responsibilities include:
–Develop ideas and write content for blogs, web sites, email campaigns, e-newsletters, videos, press submissions and brochures.
–Maintain and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other social media outlets.
–Upload content to web site and blog using WordPress.
–Supervise the production of web videos and the design/production of online and print materials.
–Develop marketing plans and social media strategy.
–Organize, manage and promote special events.
–Develop online ads including Google PPC campaigns.
–Monitor web, blog and ad campaigns with Google analytics.
–Write and distribute press materials.
–Monitor and track companyâ€™s media exposure.
Qualifications:Â Knowledge and professional experience in the above; ability to juggle numerous projects and meet deadlines; strong writing skills and accuracy.
Entry Level â€”Real Estate Sales Associate (Part-time)
This entry-level sales associate position is primarily administrative, but offers the opportunity to learn about residential real estate. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and open houses, conducting research, typing and record-keeping. Strong organizational and administrative skills required, and knowledge of brownstone Brooklyn neighborhoods preferred.
Experienced Real Estate Salesperson
Motivated, experienced and licensed salesperson needed. Familiarity with neighborhoods such as Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus,Â Boerum Hill, Park Slope and Fort Greene preferred. Excellent communications skills and ability to work independently required. Candidate must possess a New York State real estate salesperson license or be in the process of obtaining one.
Marketing Assistant–Web Video (Part-time)
Part-time marketing assistant needed to create, edit and upload Web videos. Knowledge and skills in Web video programs required. College students ok.
