Donald Brennan, principal, is a long-time resident of Brooklyn Heights and a 24-year veteran of the real estate industry. Having worked as an architect, developer, appraiser and investor, he offers a unique perspective on the purchase, sale, renovation and development of brownstone Brooklyn homes. With his diverse background and deep community presence, he has a keen ability to uncover hidden value and new market opportunities that may not be apparent to the average brokerage agent. Brennan specializes in helping buyers find their ideal Brooklyn brownstone homes.

Active in his community, Brennan serves on the Board of Governors of the Brooklyn Heights Association and as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Dodge YMCA. He also chairs the Dodge YMCA’s Strong Kids Campaign, and was honored in March 2011 as the organization’s “Volunteer of the Year.”

Previously, Brennan served as a financial analyst for RREEF/Deutsche Bank Real Estate Group and Koeppel Tener Real Estate Services and as an architect for Brennan Design Works and Brian O’Halloran Associates. He holds an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Master of Architecture from The University of Michigan.
